We have had discussion with Vlad about our project. He just
arrived from the factory.

1. It is possible to bring small additional hardware and new
SW to the factory (Siberia) and to do very little work there.
Our Amsat-U-orbita expert plan go to the factory on the end of July.
Probably next trip will be later.
But I think that loading programm on the factory place does
not have any sence because of power supply must be switch off
when transportation to the start place.
I do not think if loading programm will be possible on the
start position.

2. Please tell to Hanspeter that we need badly all possible
materials for ground station Rudak-II modem's: schematic
diagramm, description, interfaces.. as more as possible (it
is again to show to authorities "we are ready to use RUDAK!").
Please your comments. Certainly we will use Rudak manual but
special Rudak-II datas would be better.

3. We are beginning to develope TNC-2 with ussr components,
the special programm for RadioM1/Rudak ground stations. The
problem is lack of RAM 6264. Please tell to Karl if possible to
bring in Surrey 20 p. of this chips, expence from our money
in Amsat-dl account.

4. G3IOR and DJ4ZC seems are right about X-day. Rumours come
from the Geos authority in UNESCO...hi.
